Helicopter Trip

Please read the following carefully. By registering for a Helicopter Trip Expedition ( the ¨ Expedition ¨), the participant ( ¨Participant ¨  or you ) agrees to the operator-participant Contract and terms and conditions herein ( the ¨ Agreement ¨ ). In order to secure your reservation on the Expedition, you must read the terms of the Agreement, and indicate your acceptance of the terms of the Agreement by signing and submitting the Reservation form to Helimob Expeditions along with a deposit.

 

Itinerary changes : The itinerary and guide are subject to modification and change by Helimob Expedition or the Tour Operator. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate the program as planned; however, should unforeseen woeld events and conditions require our itinerary to be altered, we reserve the right to do so for the safety and best interest of the group. Helimob Expedition and the Tour Operator reserve the right to cancel any trip in the event inadequate enrolment makes the trip eceonomically infeasible to operate. In such case, the Tour Operator will provide you with a full refund of the monies paid to the Tour Operator for the Expedition.

 

Cancellation policies : For the daily itinerary, times are approximate and may vary depending on weather conditions and other unforeseen events. Aircraft model and tour itineraries are subject to change without notice. Daily expedition require a minimum number of passengers to operate. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required; no-shows at the time of departure will be charged in full and will not receive a refund. Tour Operator reserves the right to upgrade passengers onto alternative aircraft and tours for operational reasons. Rescheduling your tour within 48 hours of commencement may result in a change fee of $50 

 

Helimob reserves the right to cancel (with full refund to the passenger) any order in which a typographical error on the website caused erroneous display of either pricing or availability during the ordering process or after order confirmation.

 

 

Helicopters have a maximum weight capacity as well as other restrictions on that govern the balance of the aircraft and help to ensure the safety of all our guests. Occasionally, to satisfy these safety requirements it may be necessary to split your group across more than 1 aircraft. All helicopter or airplane passengers will be weighed at time of check in. Passengers weighing 275 lbs (124.78kg / 19.64 stone) or more will be charged a fee for an additional comfort seat. This fee is based on the product and ranges from $50 to $200.

 

All fares are already discounted and, unless otherwise noted, may not be combined with any other offer.

 

 

FAA requires each passenger to present a government issued photo identification card in order to board an aircraft, such as a driver's license or passport.

 

Helimob is is not responsible for changes in currency valuation. Helimob is acting as an agent for helicopters opertors. Helimob works with these helicopters operators  in selling travel related services and/or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that may not be directly supplied, managed, or otherwise provided by Helimob. Helimob attempts to represent only helicopters operators that have shown an acceptable level of stability, dependability, and responsiveness to problems and complaints; nevertheless, Helimob cannot and does not control the actions or inactions of the suppliers it represents. Therefore, Helimob shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws including but not limited to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers resulting in any loss, property damage, delay, inconvenience, or personal injury to travelers, travelers' companions, or group members, including but not limited to any losses resulting from changes in suppliers' rates, losses in connection with bookings, reservations, connections, or scheduling problems, or losses arising out of the handling or loss of baggage or other personal effects. Helimob shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or deficiencies, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside Helimob's control.

 

Assumption of rick : By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily and expressly assumes all risks associated with such travel, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. The travelers’ booking of reservations or utilization of tickets after receipt of this information will constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to provide copies hereof to his/her companions or group members together with an explanation that if they embark, they do so subject to these Terms & Conditions.

 

 

 

Baggage: Each Participant is limited to 40 pounds of checked baggage in 2 bags (each limited to 20 pounds, plus smaller carry-on items such as a backpack and/or camera. Baggage, when not handled by the Tour Operator, and personal effects are at all times the sole responsibility of the Participant.

 

 

EXPEDITION PRICE: 

Reservations and Payments: To reserve your place on 3 to 5 days expedition, complete the Reservation Form and return it with your deposit of $2,500 per person. The deposit as to done with a major credit card. it is fully refundable until you sign the Reservation Form. The  final payments is payable by check or wire transfer only, 90 days prior the date of departure. Make check payable to Helimob Inc.

 

If the Expedition is fully booked when your reservation is received, your payment will be returned within 7 days, or with your authorization, we can retain the deposit and place your name on a waiting list in the event other passengers cancel their reservations. Even if you authorize the Tour Operator to put your name on a waiting list and retain your deposit, the Tour Operator will notify you within 7 days if the Expedition is still fully booked. ???


What Is Included in the Price: A helicopter chartered that departs as indicated in the itinerary.

 

What Is Not Included in the Price: Commercial airfare from your home city to our destination, and the destination to your home city; optional and additional accident/baggage/cancellation insurance; passport and visa fees; personal expenses such as laundry, telephone, and fax fees; all beverages not mentioned above as included; hotel minibar charges; meals not scheduled by the Tour Operator; and inoculation and medication costs of any kind.

Accommodations and all applicable taxes in the destinations and options as indicated in the brochure, from arrival at the first hotel through departure from the last hotel are not included. All meals are not included. All taxes; airport transfers; group transportation; excursions; special events and activities; extensive options at most destinations; all beverages, including liquor; house wine and/or beer at lunch and dinner; nonalcoholic beverages at all scheduled meals on land; baggage handling during the Expedition; Internet access in hotels, where available; and tips or gratuities to local guides, drivers, porters, and waitstaff. Any tips or gratuities not specifically mentioned as included in the total Expedition price will be at your discretion.
