Could I bring more than one friend?

Could I come by myself?

Yes you can: you’ll join a group of like-minded explorers.

Could I come with my own helicopter?

Yes! You may share this fantastic experience with your own helicopter.

Can I customize my trip or create my own from scratch?

Of course, we do it all the time! We’ll be happy to assist you and/or your group: just give us a call at 1 (855) 906-iFLY (4359) to discuss what you have in mind.

How much luggage can I bring?

Our baggage allowance is 40 lbs per person maximum: we cannot guarantee acceptance of baggage heavier than 40 lbs. We are subject to the same hazardous material requirements as airlines, except with prior approval of your pilot in command.

Is there a weight limit?

We are required to complete weight and balance calculations for all aircrafts. Therefore, we do have weight and size limits, which vary depending upon the aircraft model and how many passengers are part of the trip. Let us know if you feel this could be relevant for you.

Is this like Uber Chopper/Elevate?

Not at all. HELIMOB doesn’t provide transport services – we offer multi-day helicopter expeditions and experiences.


Can I book online?

Yes you can! Not only can you book your next trip online, our platform even allows you to split payment easily between participating friends and family.

What is the online split payment?

Our “split payment” platform allows you to simply split the bill among friends and family.

How do I book?

For most trips we collect a deposit to reserve your place or group. Then, an advance payment is required on confirmation of reservation. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure for all our expeditions.

When do I receive my booking confirmation?

Immediately after booking we will send you an order receipt. This receipt acknowledges that we have received all the information required and that your credit card was successfully processed. Within 24 hours you will receive your tour confirmation at the email address you entered during booking.

It has been 24 hours since I booked and I have not received my booking confirmation?

We go to great lengths to ensure that your booking confirmations get through to you. However, spam filters and automatic mail sorters can cause your confirmation email to get lost. If you have not received your confirmation please feel free to contact our reservations center.

Is my credit card safe?

We use industry standard security methods from Paypal during the booking process.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that travel plans may change: for more information, please refer to our cancellation policy.


What's included?

We include just about everything related to the helicopter and destination. The quality of our service and helicopter experts adds up to considerable value: pilot, guide, helicopter, fuel, route, stops and activities are all included as part of your tailor-made experience.

The only extras to plan for are those of a personal nature: accommodation, transport to and from our take off site, alcohol and meals.

How much does it cost?

Since we can accommodate two (2) adventurers per helicopter, we recommend bringing a friend, your significant other or a business partner along for the expedition. Depending on the adventure, prices may vary per guest.

Do I need a helicopter?

No, of course not! We‘ve built a network of top-notch helicopter operators with a fleet of helicopters for each destination. HELIMOB makes sure that you get access to a quality aircraft from trusted partners in the industry.

Do I need to be a pilot?

Not at all, we’re happy to provide these adventures to non-pilots! Whether you’re a photographer, a wine lover, would like to show appreciation to clients or simply, like me, enjoy discovering and flying in new areas, we’ll take good care of you!

Could I fly at a different month?

Certainly: let us know your schedule and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

Could I choose another helicopter model?

Yes, ask us about the fleet! We have partnered with established helicopter operators in order to offer a diverse fleet. We’ll always recommend the most advantageous price for your needs.
